AB115-SA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB115-SA1,1,4 "f. His or her firearm is unloaded.

AB115-SA1,1,5 g. He or she is carrying not more than one bullet for his or her firearm.

AB115-SA1,1,7 h. He or she is carrying the single bullet permitted under subd. 4. g. in his or her shirt pocket.".
