AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,2 1. Page 1, line 5: after "land" insert "and making an appropriation".

AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,3 2. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,4 " Section 13t. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,7 (1) Beginning no later than the first day of the 2nd month after the effective date of this subsection and ending on June 30, 1997, the department of justice shall publicize the change in law relating to trespass on land that results from this act.

AB13-ASA2-AA9, s. 13x Section 13x. Appropriation changes.

AB13-ASA2-AA9,1,13 (1) In the schedule under section 20.005 (3) of the statutes for the appropriation to the department of justice under section 20.455 (2) (a) of the statutes, as affected by the acts of 1995, the dollar amount is increased by $25,000 for fiscal year 1995-96 and the dollar amount is increased by $25,000 for fiscal year 1996-97 to publicize the change in law resulting from this act.".
