21Section 7147. 813.16 (7) of the statutes is amended to read:

23is a corporation supervised by the office of the commissioner division of savings and
24loan, home loan bank board, U.S. office of thrift supervision, federal deposit
25insurance corporation or resolution trust corporation, the court, unless the opposing

1party objects, shall appoint an officer of such corporation as receiver to act without
2compensation and to give such bond as the court requires.
3Section 7147e. 813.31 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:
4 813.31 (1) In each case of termination of receivership as provided in s. 813.28,

9all necessary filing, entering, docketing or recording, to be paid by the defendant
10when judgment is entered against the defendant. Of the fees received by the clerk
11under this subsection, the county treasurer shall pay 50% to the state treasurer
12secretary of administration for deposit in the general fund and shall retain the
13balance for the use of the county.

2and collect a $30 court support services fee from any person, including any
