9scheduled a meeting for the purpose of reviewing the proposed standards within 14
10working days after the date of the submittal, the standards may be implemented as
11proposed by the department of health and social services. If, within 14 working days
12after the date of the submittal, the cochairpersons of the committee notify the
13department of health and social services that the committee has scheduled a meeting
14for the purpose of reviewing the proposed standards, the proposed standards may be
15implemented only upon approval of the committee.

22administration, is transferred to the department of development.
