AB150-ASA1-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB150-ASA1-AA3,1,4 1. Page 219, line 8: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $10,000 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $10,000 for the purpose of reducing funding for the Saint Croix River stewardship program.

AB150-ASA1-AA3,1,7 2. Page 226, line 9: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $10,600 for the purpose of reducing funding for the Milwaukee River revitalization council.

AB150-ASA1-AA3,1,11 3. Page 226, line 9: decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1995-96 by $193,700 and decrease the dollar amount for fiscal year 1996-97 by $141,300 for the purpose of reducing funding for the implementation of the Wind and Big Muskego Lakes rehabilitation project and long-term management plan.
