AB254-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB254-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: after "questions" insert "or a voting record before a governmental body".

AB254-AA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 5: after " questions" insert "on voting records".

AB254-AA2,1,5 3. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB254-AA2,1,6 "(d) "Governmental body" has the meaning given in s. 19.82 (1).".

AB254-AA2,1,7 4. Page 2, line 5: after " (2)" insert "(a)".

AB254-AA2,1,8 5. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AB254-AA2,1,13 "(b) No person may knowingly publish or disseminate information which indicates that an elective local official, elective national official, elective state official or candidate for local, national or state office has taken a position on a particular matter that is contrary to the voting record of the official or candidate as a member of a governmental body with respect to that matter.".
