AB254-AA2,1,5 53. Page 2, line 4: after that line insert:

AB254-AA2,1,6 6"(d) "Governmental body" has the meaning given in s. 19.82 (1).".

AB254-AA2,1,8 85. Page 2, line 9: after that line insert:

AB254-AA2,1,13 9"(b) No person may knowingly publish or disseminate information which
10indicates that an elective local official, elective national official, elective state official
11or candidate for local, national or state office has taken a position on a particular
12matter that is contrary to the voting record of the official or candidate as a member
13of a governmental body with respect to that matter.".
