AB36-AA15,1,2 1. Page 2, line 21: after "(f)" insert ", except as provided in s. 893.55 (4) (g)".

AB36-AA15,1,3 2. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB36-AA15,1,4 " Section 6m. 893.55 (4) (g) of the statutes is created to read:

AB36-AA15,1,8 893.55 (4) (g) The limit on total noneconomic damages under par. (d) does not apply if the health care provider was performing a medical treatment or operation that was not part of the practice that the health care provider held himself or herself out to the public as being competent to practice.".
