Page 1, line 3: delete the material beginning with "No" and ending with the period on line 10 and substitute: "No individual who is a candidate for a partisan state office and who receives a contribution may accept the contribution if the contribution is made during the period commencing on the first Monday in January of each odd-numbered year and ending with the date of enactment of the biennial budget act. ".
