AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,3 21. Page 98, line 18: delete the material beginning with "a course" and ending
3with the semicolon on line 19.
AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,4 42. Page 98, line 25: after that line insert:
AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,12 5"5. As part of an employability plan developed with the Wisconsin works
6agency, attend a university, college or technical college at least half-time, as
7determined by the university, college or technical college. An individual may receive
8aid under this subdivision for up to 4 years, except that an individual may not receive
9aid under this subdivision if the individual is not in good standing at the university,
10college or technical college that he or she is attending. Good standing shall be
11determined by the university, college or technical college that the individual is
12attending.".
