AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,3 1. Page 98, line 18: delete the material beginning with "a course" and ending with the semicolon on line 19.

AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,4 2. Page 98, line 25: after that line insert:

AB591-ASA3-AA5,1,12 "5. As part of an employability plan developed with the Wisconsin works agency, attend a university, college or technical college at least half-time, as determined by the university, college or technical college. An individual may receive aid under this subdivision for up to 4 years, except that an individual may not receive aid under this subdivision if the individual is not in good standing at the university, college or technical college that he or she is attending. Good standing shall be determined by the university, college or technical college that the individual is attending.".
