AB591-SA18,1,21 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute
2amendment 3, as follows:
AB591-SA18,1,3 31. Page 75, line 11: after that line insert:
AB591-SA18,1,10 4"(au) Full-time education for high school diploma. Notwithstanding par. (as),
5a Wisconsin works agency may permit a participant under this subsection who has
6not earned a high school diploma to participate full time in a course of study meeting
7the standards established under s. 115.29 (4) for the granting of a declaration of
8equivalency of high school graduation. An individual who is participating
9satisfactorily in that course of study, as determined by the Wisconsin works agency,
10may not be required to work under par. (as).".
