AB591-SA19,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by assembly substitute amendment 3, as follows:

AB591-SA19,1,3 1. Page 81, line 19: after that line insert:

AB591-SA19,1,10 "(1t) Terminally ill custodial parent. A custodial parent with a terminal illness, as defined in s. 50.90 (5), who meets the eligibility requirements of s. 49.145 (2) and (3) may receive a monthly grant of $555. A Wisconsin works agency may not require a participant under this subsection to participate in any employment positions. Receipt of a grant under this subsection does not constitute participation in a Wisconsin works employment position for purposes of tolling the time limits under s. 49.145 (2) (n) or 49.147 (3) (c), (4) (b) or (5) (b) 2.".
