AB69-SA3-AA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 8: after "handgun" insert: "and nothing in this section prohibits a political subdivision from continuing to enforce a ban on the retail sale of handguns which has been in effect for more than 15 years prior to the effective date of this act".
