AB73-SSA2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB73-SSA2-SA1,1,3 " Section 1g. 21.49 (3) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB73-SSA2-SA1,1,11 21.49 (3) (a) Any eligible guard member upon satisfactory completion of a full-time or part-time course in a qualifying school is eligible for a tuition grant equal to 50% of the actual tuition charged by the school or 50% of the maximum resident undergraduate tuition charged by the university of Wisconsin-Madison for a comparable number of credits, whichever amount is less. Any eligible guard member who was enlisted on the day before the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], shall be eligible to receive a tuition grant equal to 50% of the actual tuition charged so long as that person remains a guard member.".
