AB746-AA1,1,3 1. Page 4, line 20: delete "industry, labor and human relations" and substitute "commerce".

AB746-AA1,1,4 2. Page 7, line 5: after that line insert:

AB746-AA1,1,6 " Section 6m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB746-AA1,1,9 (1) State emergency response board. The treatment of section 15.315 (1) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 1996, or on the day after publication, whichever is later.
