AB746-AA1,1,3 21. Page 4, line 20: delete "industry, labor and human relations" and substitute
3"commerce".

AB746-AA1,1,4 42. Page 7, line 5: after that line insert:

AB746-AA1,1,6 5" Section 6m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after
6publication, except as follows:

AB746-AA1,1,9 7(1) State emergency response board. The treatment of section 15.315 (1) of the
8statutes takes effect on July 1, 1996, or on the day after publication, whichever is
9later.
