AB795-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB795-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 9: delete "if the vehicle" and substitute: "to any of the following:

AB795-AA2,1,3 (a) A vehicle that".

AB795-AA2,1,4 2. Page 1, line 10: after that line insert:

AB795-AA2,1,9 "(b) A vehicle that is being used by a tribal law enforcement officer employed by a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band which has entered into a reciprocal agreement with the secretary under s. 341.409 and that is displaying a vehicle registration plate showing valid registration by the American Indian tribe or band.".
