AB82-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB82-AA2,1,2 1. Page 2, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

AB82-AA2,1,3 "3. Money used to purchase other contraband.

AB82-AA2, s. 1m Section 1m. 973.06 (1) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB82-AA2,1,7 973.06 (1) (c) Fees and disbursements allowed by the court to expert witnesses, including the costs of a crime laboratory analysis conducted under s. 165.79 (1). Section 814.04 (2) shall not apply in criminal cases.".
