AB848-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB848-SA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 4: before the period insert: "and exempting operators of
3motorized construction equipment from driver licensing requirements".

AB848-SA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 5: before that line insert:

AB848-SA1,1,6 5" Section 1g. 343.05 (2) (a) 5. of the statutes, as affected by 1995 Wisconsin Act
6113, is renumbered 343.05 (4) (a) 3m. and amended to read:

AB848-SA1,1,127 343.05 (4) (a) 3m. A person while operating motorized construction equipment
8upon a highway in this state who possesses a valid operator's license issued to the
9person by the department which is not revoked, suspended, cancelled, disqualified
10or expired. This subdivision does not apply to a truck or a construction vehicle
11designed or equipped for use on a highway roadway or to any vehicle exceeding a
12speed of 35 miles per hour.".
