(50) To determine the equalized value of each school district, city, village,
12town and county based on the assessment of agricultural land according to its full
13value rather than on the basis of the income that it can generate and based on the
14assessment of undeveloped land on the basis of its full value rather than as a
1percentage of the lowest category of agricultural land; to calculate the difference in
2shared revenue payments that each city, village, town and county would receive
3based on the reassessment and, with the assistance of the department of public
4instruction, to calculate the difference in school aid payments that each school
5district would receive based on the reassessment; and to certify to the department
6of administration the amount of the difference for each city, village, town and county
7that would receive more shared revenue under the reassessment and for each school
8district that would receive more school aid under the reassessment for the purpose
9of paying the amount of that difference, along with the first payment of shared
10revenue during the year and along with the first payment of school aid during the
11school year, from the appropriation under s. 20.835 (2) (a).".
