SB117-SA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB117-SA2,1,2 21. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:
SB117-SA2,1,3 3" Section 1g. 340.01 (46m) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB117-SA2,1,84 340.01 (46m) (b) If the person has 2 or more prior convictions, suspensions or
5revocations, as counted under s. 343.307 (1), or if there was a minor passenger in the
6motor vehicle at the time of the violation,
a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or
7more by weight of alcohol in the person's blood or 0.08 grams or more of alcohol in 210
8liters of the person's breath.".

SB117-SA2,1,11 11" Section 10g. 346.63 (5) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB117-SA2,1,1612 346.63 (5) (a) No person may drive or operate a commercial motor vehicle while
13the person has an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or more but less than 0.1. If there
14was a minor passenger in the commercial motor vehicle at the time of the violation,
15no person may drive or operate a commercial motor vehicle while the person has an
16alcohol concentration of 0.04 or more but less than 0.08.

1Section 10m. 346.63 (6) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB117-SA2,2,72 346.63 (6) (a) No person may cause injury to another person by the operation
3of a commercial motor vehicle while the person has an alcohol concentration of 0.04
4or more but less than 0.1. If there was a minor passenger in the commercial motor
5vehicle at the time of the violation, no person may cause injury to another person by
6the operation of a commercial motor vehicle while the person has an alcohol
7concentration of 0.04 or more but less than 0.08.
".
