SB122-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB122-SA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 24: delete "Any" and substitute: "Subject to par. (bm), any".

SB122-SA1,1,3 2. Page 5, line 5: after that line insert:

SB122-SA1,1,4 " Section 12. 560.795 (3) (bm) of the statutes is created to read:

SB122-SA1,1,9 560.795 (3) (bm) The department shall require any corporation that is conducting or that intends to conduct economic activity in an area that is designated as a development opportunity zone on or after the effective date of this paragraph .... [revisor inserts date], to agree to conduct economic activity in the area for not less than 10 years in order to claim tax benefits.".
