SB177-SA3,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
SB177-SA3,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "prisoners" insert: "and review of the establishment of
3certain programs involving manufacturing of products by prisoners".
SB177-SA3,1,4 42. Page 1, line 3: delete lines 3 to 7 and substitute:
SB177-SA3,1,5 5" Section 1m. 303.015 (1) (e) of the statutes is created to read:
SB177-SA3,1,126 303.015 (1) (e) The board shall review and either approve or deny a proposal
7under s. 303.06 (5) to offer for sale in the open market a product or type of product
8manufactured in whole or in part by inmates as part of a hobby-craft program or
9vocational training. Once the board has approved the sale of a particular product or
10type of product under this paragraph, the product or type of product may be offered
11for sale by any tax-supported or nonprofit agency under s. 303.06 (5) without further
12approval by the board under this paragraph.".

14of product has been approved by the prison industries board under s. 303.015 (1) (e)".
