SB187-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB187-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: delete lines 4 to 8 and substitute:

SB187-SA1,1,3 "234.907 (2) (h) The loan results does any of the following:

SB187-SA1,1,5 1. Results in new or more viable methods for the processing or marketing of a product from a raw agricultural commodity or enables.

SB187-SA1,1,8 3. Enables the borrower to comply with the rules promulgated by the department of natural resources for the commercial fishing of whitefish in Lake Superior.

SB187-SA1, s. 3 Section 3. 234.907 (2) (h) 2. of the statutes is created to read:

SB187-SA1,1,10 234.907 (2) (h) 2. Results in job creation or retention in this state.".
