SB411-SSA1,1,2 An Act to amend 229.42 (4) (f) of the statutes; relating to: the membership of a local exposition district board.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

SB411-SSA1, s. 1 Section 1. 229.42 (4) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB411-SSA1,1,7 229.42 (4) (f) Two members, each of whom shall be a cochairperson of the joint committee on finance, or his or her designee if the designee is a member of the joint committee on finance of the same house of the legislature as the cochairperson who makes the designation.
