SB437-AA1,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB437-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 7: delete lines 7 and 8 and substitute:

SB437-AA1,1,5 " Section 3g. 946.68 (1) of the statutes is renumbered 946.68 (1r) (a) and amended to read:".

SB437-AA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 9: delete " (1)" and substitute "(1r)".

SB437-AA1,1,7 3. Page 2, line 13: after that line insert:

SB437-AA1,1,8 " Section 3r. 946.68 (1g) of the statutes is created to read:

SB437-AA1,1,13 946.68 (1g) In this section, "legal process" means a document issued by a court for the purpose of exercising jurisdiction over a person or a person's property or for the purpose of directing a person to appear before the court or to perform or refrain from performing a specified act. "Legal process" includes a summons, complaint, warrant, injunction, writ, notice, pleading, subpoena or order.".
