SB568-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB568-SA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 9: after "development" insert ", requiring the exercise of rule-making authority".

SB568-SA2,1,5 2. Page 6, line 10: after the period insert: "The state promotions board shall promulgate rules to administer this subsection.".

SB568-SA2,1,6 3. Page 8, line 2: after that line insert:

SB568-SA2,1,10 "(3g) Promulgation of rules. The state promotions board shall submit the proposed rules under section 560.06 (2) of the statutes, as created by this act, to the legislative council staff under section 227.15 of the statutes no later than the first day of the 6th month beginning after the effective date of this subsection.".
