(3m) Legislative audit bureau. The legislative audit bureau shall conduct a
4financial and performance evaluation audit of the state promotions board and the
5department of development program to promote international trade, business and
6economic development under section 560.065 of the statutes, as created by this act.
7No later than the first day of the 6 month beginning after the first 2 years of the
8operation of the state promotions board, the legislative audit bureau shall file a
9report of the audit with the chief clerk of each house of the legislature, the governor,
10the department of administration, the legislative reference bureau, the joint
11committee on finance, the legislative fiscal bureau, the state promotions board and
12the department of development.".
