SB572-ASA1-AA2,1,3 21. Page 2, line 4: after "record" insert: "for an employer, other than the state
3or an agency or political subdivision of the state,

SB572-ASA1-AA2,1,4 42. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:
SB572-ASA1-AA2,1,5 5" Section 4m. 111.335 (1) (cp) of the statutes is created to read:
SB572-ASA1-AA2,1,126 111.335 (1) (cp) Notwithstanding s. 111.322, it is not employment
7discrimination because of conviction record for the state or an agency or political
8subdivision of the state to refuse to employ, or to bar or terminate from employment,
9a person who is not bondable under a standard fidelity bond or an equivalent bond
10when bonding is required by state or federal law, administrative regulation or
11established business practice of the employer or who has been convicted of any of the
12following:
SB572-ASA1-AA2,1,1413 1. A felony, if the circumstances of the felony substantially relate to the
14circumstances of the particular job, and has not been pardoned.

12. A misdemeanor or civil offense if the circumstances of the misdemeanor or
