SB572-SA2-SA1,1,8 2m. Page 2, line 11: delete that line and substitute: "any of the following:

Within the past 5 years, convicted of a felony , misdemeanor or other offense that carries a penalty of at least 9 months in a prison or county jail and has not been pardoned or has served a sentence in a jail or prison within the past 5 years for an offense identified in this paragraph.".".
