SB6-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB6-SA3,1,2 1. Page 3, line 16: after that line insert:

SB6-SA3,1,3 " Section 2m. 632.32 (5m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB6-SA3,1,11 632.32 (5m) Notice of effect of certain provisions. An insurer that issues or renews a policy that is subject to this section and that contains a provision authorized under sub. (5m) (f) to (h) shall include in, or attach to, the policy a notice regarding the effect of the provision. The notice shall be written in language that is understandable to lay persons, shall adequately inform the insured that the effect of the provision may be to reduce the amount of coverage available to the insured if the provision were not included in the policy and shall explain how, and the circumstances under which, the provision reduces coverage.".

SB6-SA3,1,13 " Section 4. Effective date.

SB6-SA3,1,15 (1) This act takes effect on the first day of the 3rd month beginning after publication.".
