SB602-SA3,1,3 " Section 7m. Nonstatutory provisions; department of corrections.

SB602-SA3,1,8 (1) The department of corrections shall conduct an evaluation of the impact of penalty enhancers, minimum mandatory sentences and other changes in criminal penalties enacted since January 1, 1992, on prison populations. The department shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature no later than January 1, 1997.".
