SB602-SA3,1,8 4(1) The department of corrections shall conduct an evaluation of the impact of
5penalty enhancers, minimum mandatory sentences and other changes in criminal
6penalties enacted since January 1, 1992, on prison populations. The department
7shall submit a report to the chief clerk of each house of the legislature no later than
8January 1, 1997.".
