AB100-ASA1-AA12,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,1,2 21. Page 1911, line 22: after that line insert:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,1,3 3" Section 5318d. 943.13 (1e) (ej) of the statutes is created to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,1,64 943.13 (1e) (ej) "Public access requirement" means any requirement under a
5federal, state or local law that private land to which the law applies must be open
6to public access, including access for specified purposes only.
AB100-ASA1-AA12, s. 5318e 7Section 5318e. 943.13 (1m) (a) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,1,108 943.13 (1m) (a) Enters any enclosed, cultivated or undeveloped land of another,
9other than undeveloped land specified in par. (e) or, (f) or (g), without the express or
10implied consent of the owner or occupant.
AB100-ASA1-AA12, s. 5318f 11Section 5318f. 943.13 (1m) (f) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,2,4
1943.13 (1m) (f) Enters undeveloped private land from an abutting parcel of
2land that is owned or leased by the United States, this state or a local governmental
3unit, or remains on such land, after having been notified by the owner or occupant
4not to enter or remain on the land.
AB100-ASA1-AA12, s. 5318g 5Section 5318g. 943.13 (1m) (g) of the statutes is created to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,2,96 943.13 (1m) (g) Enters undeveloped private land from an abutting parcel of
7private land that is open to the public under a public access requirement, or remains
8on such land, after having been notified by the owner or occupant not to enter or
9remain on the land.
AB100-ASA1-AA12, s. 5318h 10Section 5318h. 943.13 (2) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,2,1411 943.13 (2) (intro.)  A person has received notice from the owner or occupant
12within the meaning of sub. (1m) (b), (e) or, (f) or (g) if he or she has been notified
13personally, either orally or in writing, or if the land is posted. Land is considered to
14be posted under this subsection under either of the following procedures:".
AB100-ASA1-AA12,2,15 152. Page 2059, line 23: after that line insert:
AB100-ASA1-AA12,2,18 16"(2s) Changes in trespass law. The treatment of section 943.13 (1e) (ej), (1m)
17(a), (f) and (g) and (2) (intro.) of the statutes first applies to offenses committed on the
18effective date of this subsection.".
