(1e) (ej) "Public access requirement" means any requirement under a
5federal, state or local law that private land to which the law applies must be open
6to public access, including access for specified purposes only.

(1m) (a) Enters any enclosed, cultivated or undeveloped land of another,

or leased by the United States, this state or a local governmental

Changes in trespass law. The treatment of section 943.13 (1e) (ej), (1m)
17(a), (f) and (g) and (2) (intro.) of the statutes first applies to offenses committed on the
18effective date of this subsection.".
