AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 4, line 9: after that line insert:

AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,5 "(gm) "Requested agreement to purchase or lease" means an agreement to purchase or lease consumer goods or services under which the consumer will receive more than one delivery and to which all of the following apply:

AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,8 1. The consumer has made a prior express request or has given prior express consent to enter into an agreement to purchase or lease the consumer goods or services.

AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,10 2. The material terms of the agreement do not include a minimum purchase or minimum lease requirement.

AB169-ASA1-AA2,1,11 3. The material terms of the agreement include a right to cancel.

AB169-ASA1-AA2,2,3 4. For a written agreement, a disclosure in writing containing the material terms of the agreement is given by the seller to the consumer as part of the solicitation for the agreement.

AB169-ASA1-AA2,2,7 5. For an oral agreement, a disclosure containing the material terms of the agreement is given to the consumer orally as part of the solicitation for the agreement and is also given in writing at the time that the seller makes the first delivery to the consumer.".
