(1) (cg) "Dual-fueled vehicle" means a motor vehicle that is capable of
5operating on alternative fuel and that is capable of operating on ethanol-blended
6motor fuel or gasoline.

(cm) "Ethanol-blended motor fuel" means motor fuel containing 85% or more
8by volume of ethanol that is blended with gasoline or other fuels.

9(6) The department shall ensure that, of the total number of motor vehicles
10owned or leased by this state that are not authorized emergency vehicles, as defined
11in s. 340.01 (3), the following minimum percentage of vehicles shall be dual-fueled
12vehicles or vehicles capable of operating on an alternative fuel on the following dates:
