AB649-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB649-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "for" insert "certain".

AB649-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 15: after "(b)" insert "1.".

AB649-ASA1-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 19: delete lines 19 to 25.

AB649-ASA1-AA1,1,5 4. Page 3, line 1: delete "2." and substitute "a.".

AB649-ASA1-AA1,2,3 5. Page 3, line 3: after "fair." insert "Only a person designated by the county fair or by the county fair's lessee may issue a hand stamp or wristband under this subd. 1. a. The designated person may issue a hand stamp or wristband only after inspecting the person's proof of age and verifying that the person has attained the legal drinking age. The designated person shall have attained the legal drinking age. Between the hours of 6 p.m. Friday and closing hours Sunday, the designated person shall be a law enforcement officer, as defined in s. 165.85 (2) (c), or a private security person who holds a license or permit issued under s. 440.26, and shall wear his or her official uniform.".

AB649-ASA1-AA1,2,16 "2. This paragraph applies only to county fairs for which an admission fee is charged to enter the fairgrounds. For purposes of this subdivision, an admission fee charged to view an exhibit shall not be considered to be an admission fee charged to enter the fairgrounds.".
