AB696-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB696-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 3: before the period insert "and the provision of dental services by the Marquette University School of Dentistry".

AB696-AA1,1,4 2. Page 1, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

AB696-AA1,1,6 " Section 1g. 250.10 of the statutes, as affected by 1997 Wisconsin Act 27, is amended to read:

AB696-AA1,1,11 250.10 Grant for dental services. From the appropriation under s. 20.435 (5) (de), the department shall provide funding in each fiscal year to the Marquette University School of Dentistry for the provision of dental services by the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Waushara County and Monroe County, in correctional centers in Milwaukee County and in clinics in the city of Milwaukee.

AB696-AA1, s. 1r Section 1r. 447.07 (3) (d) of the statutes is amended to read:".

AB696-AA1,1,13 3. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB696-AA1,2,2 " Section 2m. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication, except as follows:

AB696-AA1,2,4 (1) The treatment of section 250.10 of the statutes takes effect retroactively to July 1, 1997.".
