SB105-SA1-SA5,1,7 2. Page 2, line 6: delete lines 6 to 12 and substitute: "In this paragraph, "operating expenses" includes wages, salaries, fringe benefits, materials, supplies and contractual services. The district may adopt a resolution defining additional types of expenses to be included in the definition of "operating expenses" for purposes of this paragraph.".".
