SB315-SSA1-SA4,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB315-SSA1-SA4,1,4 21. Page 2, line 3: delete "providing a penalty and making an appropriation"
3and substitute "providing an exemption from rule-making authority and providing
4a penalty".
SB315-SSA1-SA4,1,5 52. Page 3, line 5: delete lines 5 to 11.
SB315-SSA1-SA4,1,8 63. Page 4, line 24: delete "that the department deems necessary" and
7substitute "that the department deems necessary specified by rule under s. 153.75

17health and family services to develop a mechanism for collecting assessments under
18s. 153.60 (1) from health care providers other than hospitals and ambulatory surgery
19centers.".
