SB315-SSA2-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB315-SSA2-SA1,1,3 21. Page 6, line 3: delete "that the department deems necessary" and substitute
3"that the department deems necessary specified by rule under s. 153.75 (1) (n)".
SB315-SSA2-SA1,1,4 42. Page 9, line 8: after that line insert:
SB315-SSA2-SA1,1,5 5" Section 28m. 153.07 (5) of the statutes is created to read:
SB315-SSA2-SA1,1,86 153.07 (5) The board shall approve the amounts of assessments that the
7department makes under s. 153.60 (1) for health care providers other than hospitals
8and ambulatory surgery centers.".

10from the board for the amounts of assessments for health care providers other than
11hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The department shall work together with
12the department of regulation and licensing to develop a mechanism for collecting

2surgery centers.
