SB321-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB321-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 15: after that line insert:

SB321-SA1,1,3 " Section 6m. 753.06 (9) (g) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB321-SA1,1,5 753.06 (9) (g) Marathon County. The circuit has 4 branches. Commencing August 1, 1999, the circuit has 5 branches.".

SB321-SA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 20: after "County," insert "for branch 5 of the circuit court for Marathon County,".

SB321-SA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 25: delete "6.0" and substitute "7.0".

SB321-SA1,1,9 4. Page 3, line 4: delete "7.0" and substitute "8.0".
