1An Act to amend 20.435 (7) (ed), 49.175 (1) (w) 2. and 49.775 (2) (intro.); and

8program. A sum sufficient for payments of supplemental grants to supplemental
9security income recipients under s. 49.77
and for payments for the support of
10children of supplemental security income recipients under s. 49.775.

(2) Supplemental payments. (intro.) Subject to sub. (3), from the
8appropriations appropriation under s. 20.435 (7)
(ed) and (ky), the department shall
9make a monthly payment in the amount specified in sub. (4) to a custodial parent for
10the support of each dependent child of the custodial parent if all of the following
11conditions are met:
