6constructed under the selection process described in this paragraph.

12notice under ch. 985. The notice shall state the weight that is given to each criterion.
13The criteria to be used in making a final selection under this subdivision may include
14the quality of the proposed design, the construction approach to be used to complete
15the project, the extent to which a proposal demonstrates compliance with the project
16statement described under subd. 1., the proposed management plan for the project,
17the estimated cost of the project and a guaranteed maximum price for the project.
