AB345-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB345-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 2: after "season" insert "and bag limits".

AB345-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 2: after " (1m)" insert "(a)".

AB345-AA1,1,4 3. Page 2, line 3: after that line insert:

AB345-AA1,1,6 "(b) For any open season established under par. (a), the department may not establish the bag or possession limit at zero.".

AB345-AA1,1,7 4. Page 2, line 5: after "(1)" insert "(a)".

AB345-AA1,1,8 5. Page 2, line 5: substitute "paragraph" for "subsection".

AB345-AA1,1,9 6. Page 2, line 8: after "(1m)" insert "(a)".

AB345-AA1,1,10 7. Page 2, line 10: after that line insert:

AB345-AA1,2,4 "(b) During the period of time beginning on the effective date of this paragraph and ending on the effective date of any modifications to the bag or possession limits for bass promulgated by the department of natural resources for the purpose of compliance with section 29.014 (1m) (b) of the statutes, as created by this act, the department may not enforce a bag or possession limit of zero that it may have established for the taking of any type of bass.".
