AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,3 3" Section 16r. 345.19 of the statutes is created to read:
AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,10 4345.19 Report on certain traffic stops of probationary licensees. (1)
5Each law enforcement agency in this state shall collect and maintain a record of the
6operator's license number of any person whose vehicle is stopped for a suspected
7violation of s. 343.085 (2m) (a) and to whom a citation for a violation of s. 343.085 (2m)
8(a) is not issued. Not later than January 15 of each year, each law enforcement
9agency shall submit to the department the operator's license numbers collected and
10maintained under this subsection during the preceding year.
AB52-ASA3-AA13,2,6 11(2) The department shall compile data identifying the age on the date of the
12traffic stop, race or ethnicity, and gender of each person whose driver's license

1number is reported under sub. (1) or who, during the preceding year, is issued a
2citation for a violation of s. 343.085 (2m) (a). The department shall organize the
3identifying data showing all traffic stops made and citations issued by each law
4enforcement agency. Not later than March 1 of each year, the department shall
5submit to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) the data compiled under this
6subsection.".
