AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,2 1. Page 8, line 18: after that line insert:

AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,3 " Section 16r. 345.19 of the statutes is created to read:

AB52-ASA3-AA13,1,10 345.19 Report on certain traffic stops of probationary licensees. (1) Each law enforcement agency in this state shall collect and maintain a record of the operator's license number of any person whose vehicle is stopped for a suspected violation of s. 343.085 (2m) (a) and to whom a citation for a violation of s. 343.085 (2m) (a) is not issued. Not later than January 15 of each year, each law enforcement agency shall submit to the department the operator's license numbers collected and maintained under this subsection during the preceding year.

AB52-ASA3-AA13,2,6 (2) The department shall compile data identifying the age on the date of the traffic stop, race or ethnicity, and gender of each person whose driver's license number is reported under sub. (1) or who, during the preceding year, is issued a citation for a violation of s. 343.085 (2m) (a). The department shall organize the identifying data showing all traffic stops made and citations issued by each law enforcement agency. Not later than March 1 of each year, the department shall submit to the legislature under s. 13.172 (2) the data compiled under this subsection.".
