AB535-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB535-AA4,1,2 1. Page 2, line 6: after that line insert:

AB535-AA4,1,4 "(3) This section does not provide immunity to a person who provides obstetric and gynecological services to a woman if the person does not do all of the following:

AB535-AA4,1,7 (a) Provide all of the tests and procedures that the standard of care required of a reasonable practitioner of obstetric and gynecological services to women would require.

AB535-AA4,1,10 (b) Provide the woman with the results of all of the tests and procedures required under par. (a) in a manner that allows the woman to make an informed decision regarding future health care procedures.".
